The Technology Leadership Certificate commences with a three-day, hands-on Leadership Lab where participants dive into outcomes that address current and evolving needs. This, along with follow-up face-to-face labs, is facilitated by experienced and influential instructors and experts.

Contextualized Concepts for Real-World Application
Following the Leadership Lab, participants return to their schools with multiple real-world, design-led goals that they will set out to achieve over the next 18 months with guidance from our instructors. Participants follow a recommended course of action determined at the face-to-face sessions that are personalized for each leader’s context.

Personalized Coaching for your Goals
Participants regularly meet online with the instructors in a coaching capacity at relevant intervals and for a predetermined number of hours to help facilitate success with their goals.
